Decisions:

  • One additional buoy South (in place 16.01.03)
  • Continue to keep French naval vessel on site
  • Owners chartered two dedicated civilian guard vessels (on site 10.01.03)
  • Owners and P&I club to take charge of wreck removal (as per order)
  • Oil recovery to continue a.s.a.p., but AH II to be replaced
